MOONCUP

This reusable menstrual cup is an innovative alternative to tampons.
Mooncup is a soft hypoallergenic silicone cup that can be reused for every period. Worn internally, slightly lower than a tampon, Mooncup collects rather than absorbs your menstrual fluid. Mooncup is folded and inserted into the vagina and opens up once it’s inside. You need to remove and empty the cup every four to eight hours depending on your flow. Mooncup is then simply rinsed out or wiped, and reinserted. It can be sterilised between periods to keep it clean.
One Mooncup will last for years, making it economical and eco-friendly. It is ideal for traveling (you have no spares to carry or used tampons or pads to dispose of), swimming, exercise and overnight use.
There are two sizes (size is related to pelvic floor tone). Size A is suitable for women over 30 years and women under 30 who have had children by vaginal birth. Size B is for women under 30 years who have not had children or have had a Caesarean birth.
