To make our postage rates as fair as possible, we base our charges on the weight of products ordered (this includes a small percentage for packaging weight).

You will be able to see the calculated postage rate before confirming your order.

For orders sent to UK mainland addresses (excluding the Highlands and Islands).
Postage rates are calculated as follows;
Orders under 200g £3.50
201g – 500g £3.95
501g – 1000g £4.25
1001g + £4.95
Orders over £60 are sent carriage FREE to UK mainland addresses.

Next Day Delivery
We can offer a next working day delivery service for an extra £4.50. This is available for deliveries Monday to Friday only. Orders must be with us by 12 o’clock midday, the day before delivery. This service is not available for deliveries to the Highlands and Islands.

Next Day Delivery can be added in the Postal Upgrades category.

Highlands and Islands
Orders over 3Kg will incur the following surcharges, on orders of all values.

Postcode area 2 a £6.50 surcharge will apply to the following postcode areas; HS1-9, IV1-36, IV40-49, IV51-56, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE1-3.

Postcode area 3 a £10 surcharge will apply to the following postcode areas; BT-all, IM1-9, IM99, TR21-25, JE1-4.

Next day delivery is not available to these areas.
Orders under 3Kg are charged at our UK mainland rate, with no surcharge.

Overseas Orders

We ship to many countries worldwide, but unfortunately cannot currently send to the USA or Canada.

Prices can be displayed in GB pounds, Euros and Australian dollars. Please see the currency converter.

Please note we cannot send Perfumes, Aftershaves and Nail Colours to any overseas destination as they are classed as prohibited goods.

Overseas orders under 2 kilos are sent by Royal Mail Airmail tracked and signed service, and our website will automatically calculate and add postage. Please see rates below. You will receive tracking details by email when your order is despatched.
