To make our postage rates as fair as possible, we base our charges on the weight of products ordered (this includes a small percentage for packaging weight).
Next Day Delivery (UK mainland only – excluding the Highlands and Islands)
We can offer a next working day delivery service for an extra £4.50. This is available for deliveries Monday to Friday only. Orders must be with us by Midday the day before delivery. This service is not available for deliveries to the Highlands and Islands.
Highlands and Islands
Orders under 3Kg are charged at our UK mainland rate, with no surcharge.
Orders over 3kg will incur the following surcharges, on orders of all values:
Postcode area 2 a £6.50 surcharge will apply to the following postcode areas; HS1-9, IV1-36, IV40-49, IV51-56, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE1-3.
Postcode area 3 a £10 surcharge will apply to the following postcode areas; BT-all, IM1-9, IM99, TR21-25, JE1-4.
Next day delivery is not available to these areas.
Overseas orders
We can ship to many overseas countries, including Europe and Australia. Prices can be displayed in Euros and Australian Dollars (please see the currency converter to change to your currency).
The on-line shop automatically calculates the postage for orders under 2 kilos (via International Signed Air Mail post).
For orders over 2 kilos, you can place your order on-line and we will contact you to advise of the postage rate to be added.
Please note – Unfortunately we are not able to send perfumes, aftershaves and nail colours to countries outside Great Britain and Northern Ireland as they are classified as ‘prohibited goods’ by Royal Mail for international destinations.
