Shipping & Returns

Orders are usually despatched within three working days and should be delivered within the next three days. However please allow an extra week in case there has been a delay in despatch (if we are waiting for stock to arrive), or if the Post Office are being slow! If we are experiencing a problem with an out of stock line, we will either part ship your order, or contact you to advise of the delay.

We despatch orders over 2 kilo by Parcel Force on a 48 hour service. Unfortunately they are unable to give a time for delivery. If you give your e mail address, you will receive e mail confirmation from Parcel Force when your parcel has been despatched and use their on-line tracking service.

Parcel Force can leave the parcel in a safe place if we give instructions (e.g. leave in porch /shed / with neighbour at number xx), or please give an alternative delivery address. If you are out and have not given any special instructions, Parcel Force will leave a card and you can contact the to re-arrange delivery or collection from your local Post Office, or you can collect from the sorting office.

Please note, if you do receive a card, you must contact Parcel Force within a week or the parcel will be returned to us. We will then have to charge for re-delivery.

Small packages (under 2 kilo) are sent by Royal Mail.


We always want you to be happy with the products you receive from us. We accept returns as long as they are unused / unopened, and are returned in their original packaging within 30 days.

We will give a full refund of the purchase price (unfortunately we cannot refund postage unless the product is faulty or has been incorrectly supplied). We are unable to accept returns of opened products for reasons of hygiene. This does not affect you statutory rights.
