Shipping & Returns

Orders are usually despatched within three working days and should be delivered within the next three days. However please allow an extra week in case there has been a delay in despatch (if we are waiting for stock to arrive), or if the Post Office are being slow! If we are experiencing a problem with an out of stock line, we will either part ship your order, or contact you to advise of the delay.

Orders over 2.5 kilos are sent by Parcel Force on a 48 hour service. If you give your e mail address / mobile phone number, you will receive confirmation from Parcel Force when your parcel has been despatched with your consignment number. You can then use their on-line tracking service. Parcel Force also send a message on the day of delivery, giving a one hour delivery slot.

Small packages (under 2.5 kilo) are sent by Royal Mail.

Both Parcel Force and Royal Mail can leave the parcel in a safe place if we give instructions (e.g. leave in porch /shed / with neighbour at number xx). You can also give an alternative delivery address.

If you are out and have not given any special instructions, Parcel Force and Royal Mail will leave a card. You can then contact them to re-arrange delivery or collection from your local Post Office, or you can collect from the sorting office.

Please note, if you do receive a card, you must contact Parcel Force or Royal Mail within a week or the parcel will be returned to us. We will then have to charge for re-delivery.


We always want you to be happy with the products you receive from us.  Returns are accepted as long as they are unused and unopened, and are returned in their original packaging within 30 days.

We will give a full refund of the purchase price. Unfortunately we cannot refund postage unless the product is faulty or has been incorrectly supplied.

Please note, we are unable to accept returns of opened products for reasons of hygiene. This does not affect you statutory rights.
